Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a part-time Buffet Cashier to be the friendly face of our food and beverage venues. You will take orders, handle payments, and keep your station clean while ensuring a safe, sanitary environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include providing exceptional service, accurately processing transactions, and supporting a welcoming dining experience across shifts that may include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong cash handling and financial transaction processing skills.
• Meticulous attention to cleanliness and sanitation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Requires lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests visiting food and beverage venues.
• Take orders from guests in a proper, efficient, and friendly manner. Perform financial transactions and accurately process guest payments for goods and services delivered.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the cashier station, menus, and all other necessary tools. Uphold a safe and sanitary work environment for both guests and team members.
• Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment ("The Big Six").
