Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection on Alabama’s Gulf Coast is seeking a Buffet Attendant to ensure a fresh, clean, and inviting buffet. You will set up and maintain the buffet line, replenish dishes, and uphold food safety standards while warmly engaging with guests.

Responsibilities include monitoring food levels, presenting items attractively, cleaning after service, and collaborating with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operation.

• Buffet Setup & Presentation: Transport and arrange hot and cold items to create an appealing display.
• Food Monitoring: Regularly check levels and temperatures, keep items safe for consumption.
• Cleaning & Sanitation: Clean and sanitize buffet line and workspace after each meal.
• Guest Interaction: Greet guests and assist with requests to enhance dining experience.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, and management.
• Inventory & Storage: Return equipment to storage areas after sessions.
