Delaware North Gaming is seeking full-time Cooks for Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. You will assist in training teammates, prepare food, operate kitchen equipment, and uphold health codes.

The pay range is $16.00–$17.00 per hour, with benefits including weekly pay and growth opportunities. The role requires at least 1 year of back-of-house experience, ability to read prep sheets and recipes, basic math, and flexibility with shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in back-of-house foodservice positions.
• Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes.
• Basic math skills for recipes and measurements.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food to standard portions and quality, and ensure proper temperatures and storage.
• Keep workstation, coolers, and equipment clean, organized and stocked.
• Record waste and follow spoilage procedures.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties and inventory.
