Delaware North Gaming in West Memphis, Arkansas, is hiring a Lead Cook to join Southland Casino. The role can be full-time or part-time and leads kitchen operations, plans menus, trains staff, and ensures health standards.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of back-of-house foodservice experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes.
• Basic math skills for following recipes and measurements.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Mansioni

• Review menus and orders to determine type and quantities of food; ensure portion sizes, quality, and temperature standards.
• Keep workstations, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked; maintain sanitary facilities.
• Use waste control guidelines and record waste on spoilage sheets.
• Perform opening, closing, and end-of-day inventory in line with guidelines.
