Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cook or Chef, with strong culinary technique and ingredient knowledge.
• Demonstrated leadership to manage a kitchen team and ensure smooth service.
• Solid understanding of food safety, HACCP, and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present a diverse range of dishes for the buffet while maintaining high taste and presentation.
• Collaborate with executive chef to update buffet menu sections and seasonal variations.
