Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to support buffet operations at our Texas property. You will prepare, transport, and replenish items, ensuring quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

The role requires flexibility to work varying shifts across days, including weekends and holidays. Prior food preparation experience is preferred and a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and transport all food and beverage items to buffet areas.
• Monitor supplies and replenish buffet items as needed.
• Follow prep methods and ensure quality and presentation standards.
• Welcome guests and respond to requests promptly.
• Assist with inventory to maintain stock levels.
• Monitor and control food costs and proper storage to minimize waste.
• Maintain a clean, organized buffet area and equipment.
• Operate dishwashing as needed.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
