Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Food & Beverage Attendant to assist with buffet service and guest needs around the clock. You will prepare and transport items, replenish supplies, and ensure high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation.

Working with a hotel team, you will monitor costs, follow safety and sanitation standards, and respond to guest requests promptly. The role may involve varied shifts and physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Some prior food preparation experience preferred.
• Ability to carry or lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or transport all food and beverage items and supplies to buffet areas.
• Monitor buffet supplies and replenish items as needed.
• Follow preparation methods and presentation standards.
• Welcome guests and respond to requests promptly and professionally.
• Monitor food, beverage costs and store items securely.
• Maintain a clean, organized work and buffet area.
• Operate dishwashing machine as needed and report malfunctions.
• Promote teamwork and quality service across departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
