Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or buffet setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for cooking and creating delicious meals.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Culinary certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for our buffet service.
• Ensure all food is presented beautifully and in accordance with our standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Assist in menu planning and recipe development.
• Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Provide a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Ensure the Buffet line is full and all food is stirred and looking good at all times.
