American Place Casino in Waukegan (North Shore Steaks & Seafood) is seeking a Buffet Busser for the 2nd shift. Responsibilities include cleaning tables, setting up for guests, and assisting the food server in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School/GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience.

Responsibilities

• Excellent internal/external guest service.
• Perform all side work as indicated by the start of shift checklist.
• Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas.
• Clear, wipe and reset tables according to table setting standards.
• Transport dirty items to dish room.
• Bring supplies from dish room; silverware, glasses, plates, coffee cups and saucers.
• Make regular periodic runs over the carpet with sweeper.
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.
