Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to prepare and service the hotel buffet area, ensuring guests receive proactive, friendly service and high sanitation standards.

You will maintain attractive food displays, stock condiments, carry items, clear tables, and help with safety and guest satisfaction goals. Prior hotel or food service experience is preferred, with the ability to stand long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a food service position.
• Hotel establishment experience preferred (highly desired).
• Experience with safety requirements preferred (highly desired).
• Knowledge of maintaining guest satisfaction scores.
• Ability to work toward increasing department and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverages according to company standards.
• Service guests’ orders as requested and aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain adequate supplies of clean dishware.
• Carry food, dishes, trays, and silverware to serving counters.
• Collect dirty dishes and run them through the dishwasher.
• Clean counters, shelves, furniture and equipment in pantry or breakfast area.
• Clean spilled items, broken items, and remove trash as needed.
• Mop or vacuum floors.
• Stock beverages and condiments.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
