McKibbon Hospitality in West Palm Beach is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to prepare and service the hotel buffet area, ensuring guests receive warm, timely service and fresh, appealing displays. The role requires 1–2 years in food service, hotel experience preferred, and a commitment to food safety and sanitation.

You’ll set up displays, stock beverages, clear tables, and help maintain guest satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in a food service position.
• Experience working at a hotel establishment encouraged.
• Experience with maintaining safety requirements encouraged.
• Knowledge of maintaining guest satisfaction scores.
• Ability to work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Ability to ensure all sanitation practices are followed.
• Ability to set up attractive food displays.
• Able to stand long periods, kneel, and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and service breakfast buffet according to brand standards.
• Serve guests’ orders as requested and in line with standards.
• Maintain adequate supplies of clean dishware and pantry items.
• Carry food, dishes, trays, and silverware to serving counters.
• Collect dirty dishes and run them through the dishwasher.
• Clean counters, shelves, furniture, or equipment in pantry or breakfast area.
• Mop or vacuum floors and manage spills.
• Fill beverage and ice dispensers; stock condiments.
