Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center in Montgomery, AL is seeking a reliable Breakfast Buffet Attendant to help create positive breakfast experiences for our guests. You will transport and arrange buffet items, monitor the line for presentation and food safety, and keep the area clean and sanitary after service.

• Transports serving pans of hot and cold food items from the kitchen and arranges them on the buffet line, ensuring an appealing presentation and easy guest access.
• Monitors and maintains the buffet line, ensures pans are full, clean, and attractive during meals, and checks/regulates temperatures to uphold food safety standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes the buffet line at the end of each meal session, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.

We are seeking a reliable and observant Breakfast Buffet Attendant to join our team and help us create positive and memorable breakfast experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transports serving pans of hot and cold food items from the kitchen and expertly arranges them on the buffet line, ensuring an appealing presentation and easy guest access.
• Diligently monitors and maintains the buffet line, ensuring all food item pans are consistently full, clean, and attractive during meal sessions, and regularly checking and regulating food temperatures to uphold food safety standards.
• Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail in cleaning and sanitizing the buffet food line at the end of each meal session, maintaining impeccable cleanliness and hygiene.
