The Buffet Ambassador creates a welcoming and efficient dining experience for buffet guests by serving as the primary point of contact throughout their visit. This role focuses on delivering friendly and accurate service while assisting guests with seating, payment, self-service kiosks, and To-Go orders. The Buffet Ambassador ensures smooth operations by supporting Food & Beverage standards and maintaining a clean, organized environment. $15.00 per hour
Provide courteous and professional guest service by greeting guests, addressing inquiries about menu items, promotions, or casino offerings, and resolving or escalating concerns as needed while following all steps of service.
Accurately process and/or assist guests with Point of Sales (POS) transactions, self-service kiosks, and To-Go orders (cash, credit, vouchers, player comps, promotions, etc.) while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Determine the size of the party and any special needs for seating, work with the party to locate and assist guests to their seating/table. Ensure tables and seats are clean and proper service ware is provided prior to seating guests according to restaurant standards.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
Must have High School Diploma or GED
Must be 18 years old or older.
