Remedy Staffing is seeking candidates for 2nd shift openings in Preble, NY at a transformer company. Positions include Buffer, Scrapper, Disassembly, and Cleaner with a pay rate of $22 per hour.

Hours are from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Thursday. Training on 1st shift is required (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM). Perks include weekly pay, consistency, overtime, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and more. This role offers opportunities for permanent hire and growth.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in painting, scrapping, buffing, and/or assembly is required.
• Prior experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Prior experience in industrial cleaning is required for cleaning positions.

Responsibilities

• Refurbish transformers.
• Prepare parts and surfaces for buffing and painting.
• Use brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Use hand and power tools.
• Disassemble transformer units and scrap metal insides.
• Provide own tools (pry bar, screwdrivers, socket-sets, wrenches, etc.).
• Clean in a warehouse and industrial setting.

Pay: $22 / hr

Hours: 4:30 PM – 3:0 AM
