Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings GO is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and maintain financial health across the location.

You will recruit, train, and supervise team members; manage budgets and analyze P&L; handle customer inquiries and ensure health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of restaurant or quick-service restaurant experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct others, champion change, and commit to training and developing the team.
• Proficiency in analyzing Profit and Loss statements.
