Utica National Insurance Group is seeking a Property Field Adjuster for the Buffalo/Western New York area. You will meet with insureds, assess losses, and prepare field estimates for personal and commercial lines, with occasional desk estimating as needed.

A company vehicle is provided, and this is a full-time, exempt position. Successful candidates typically have 4–7 years of field/personal and commercial claims adjusting experience, licensing in required states, and a commitment to customer

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of adjusting personal and commercial lines claims.
• 3–5 years of field adjuster experience.
• Licensing must be obtained in assigned states.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, prepare complete scope and report on personal and commercial losses.
• Extensive contact with insureds, their representatives, and agents.
• Operate independently with limited supervision on high-volume claims.
• Follow estimating guidelines and field adjuster turnaround times.
• CAT deployments may occur with CAT pay.
