Job summary

Champion Xpress Carwash is seeking motivated team members to greet guests, load vehicles safely, and support daily operations in a fast-paced car wash environment. You will follow safety procedures, perform equipment checks, and assist with nightly close-down while maintaining a clean facility.

Training will cover service standards, safety, and membership promotion. Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in all weather, and participate in regular meetings and trainings.

Qualifications

• Greet guests with the 4 Steps of Service.
• Engage with each guest and provide service excellence.
• Able to follow safety procedures and use e-stop to protect guests.

Responsibilities

• Load vehicles safely per size.
• Perform safety inspections before wash.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
• Maintain clean, organized facility and backroom safety knowledge.
• Assist in nightly close-down checklist.
• Present memberships to retail guests.
