Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long durations during shifts.
• Must be able to follow detailed procedures for ID verification, POS use, cash handling, discounts, customer service, and cannabis compliance.
• Must be able to communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, supervisors, and leadership.
• Must be able to complete required company and cannabis compliance training.
• Willingness to learn cannabis products, brands, regulations, and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional, and helpful dispensary experience.
• Assist customers with cannabis product selection based on needs and experience.
• Provide clear and responsible product education on cannabis categories.
• Explain product differences, potency, onset, duration, and consumption methods in a compliant way.
• Stay current on the dispensary menu, promotions, brands, and updates.
• Use the POS system to complete transactions accurately.
