Job summary

Mint Cannabis in Florida is seeking a Budtender to deliver an exceptional guest experience with personalized cannabis recommendations and product education. You will support daily dispensary operations, process transactions, and maintain compliance with state regulations in a fast-paced, welcoming retail environment.

The role requires 6+ months in the cannabis industry, cash handling and strong customer service. 21+ is mandatory. This on-site position reports to Store Manager in Retail.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in the cannabis industry.
• Cash handling experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Product knowledge (preferred but not required).
• Must be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide personalized cannabis recommendations.
• Explain differences between cannabis types and proper usage.
• Check IDs to verify age and follow purchase limits.
• Process transactions using POS and handle cash accurately.
• Assist with store upkeep, stock shelves and inventory.
