Bloom MT in Livingston, MT is seeking a Budtender to deliver exceptional customer experiences, educate on cannabis products, and ensure compliant operations. You will engage with customers, guide recommendations, and work within a dynamic retail team.

The role requires passion for cannabis education, reliable scheduling (Thu–Sun), and the ability to pass Montana cannabis worker permitting requirements. Competitive wage with benefits is offered.

• Provide a top-notch customer experience, offering recommendations based on customer needs
• Educate customers on cannabis strains, consumption methods, and responsible use
• Ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations
• Manage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain a clean and organized store
• Process transactions securely using our cannabis POS system
