Job summary

Bloom MT is seeking friendly, knowledgeable Budtenders to join Montana's leading cannabis company and elevate the retail experience. You will educate customers, assist with product recommendations, and ensure compliance while supporting a fast-paced store environment.

We welcome both experienced cannabis professionals and eager learners. This part-time role includes tip eligibility, a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to grow with Montana's largest cannabis company.

Responsibilities

• Provide a top-notch customer experience with product recommendations

• Manage inventory, stock shelves, and keep a clean, organized store
• Process transactions securely using the cannabis POS system

• Ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations
• Manage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain a clean and organized store
• Process transactions securely using our cannabis POS system
