Job summary

Native Roots Cannabis Co. is hiring Budtenders to deliver an outstanding customer experience by providing knowledgeable, personalized service.

You will guide customers through their cannabis journey, offer product recommendations for wellness needs, and ensure all sales are completed accurately and compliantly. The role supports store operations including inventory management, order intake, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Must hold or obtain a valid Colorado MED Employee License.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in customers and patients.
• Educate customers and patients on the benefits of cannabis products.
• Suggest products based on customers' wellness needs.
• Assist with deliveries, transfers, and inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and organize products.
• Process sales transactions including cash handling and POS use, with compliant packaging.
• Enter or modify customer/patient information in POS.
• Other duties as assigned.
