Golden Grail Group is seeking a Product Specialist (Budtender) for on-site cannabis retail in Eugene, OR. You will educate adult-use customers on products, verify IDs, and process sales with a focus on compliance and customer experience.

The role requires 21+ age, OLCC permit eligibility, and availability for evenings and weekends. Training will cover product knowledge, safety, and outstanding service standards in a busy dispensary environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with OLCC cannabis regulations is required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
• Cannabis product knowledge or willingness to learn is expected.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling is preferred.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
• Day and night shifts available; weekday/weekend availability is required.
• This is an on-site position with no remote work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and culture.
• Provide an inviting, clean, and safe retail environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a compliant store atmosphere.
• Greet customers and answer calls professionally.
• Process transactions via POS and handle cash accurately.
• Enter customer information efficiently and accurately.
• Verify identification and compliance records.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and standards.
• Represent Chalice and Golden Grail Group brands professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
• Must be 21 years or older; OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit required (reimbursement after 90 days).
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
