One Plant in Atwater, CA is seeking a knowledgeable Budtender to assist customers in selecting cannabis products and to provide information on strains and consumption methods, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

You will greet guests, answer questions, process transactions using the POS, stock shelves, and stay compliant with cannabis regulations. A strong cannabis product knowledge base and excellent communication are essential, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains, products and consumption methods desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with product selection and inquiries.
• Educate customers on cannabis strains, products, consumption methods and effects.
• Accurately process transactions using the POS system and maintain cash handling procedures.
