Job summary

The Evergreen Market in Renton, WA is seeking a Budtender to deliver premium customer service, support daily retail operations, and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers. This full-time role features evening/closing shifts and opportunities to grow within a busy cannabis retail environment.

You will be handling cash at the register, assisting customers with products, and ensuring a clean, welcoming store atmosphere.

Schedule:

Full-time, primarily evening shifts (approx. 3:30 PM–12:00 AM), including weekends and holidays

Starting Wage:

$21.57 per hour, plus tips

As a Budtender for Evergreen Market, you will provide a high level of customer service to every customer, assist the team in executing all daily retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth store functioning, and develop positive relationships with customers, teammates, and managers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Customer Service Mindset.
• High level of accuracy regarding cash handling and tendering transactions.
• Relentlessly curious about the cannabis customer and their world.
• Physical requirements include the ability to: (with or without accommodation)
• Lift, Cary, Push or Pull up to 30lbs
• Stand for extended periods of time (8 hour shifts)

This is a full-time position with primarily evening/closing shifts (approx. 3:30 PM–12:00 AM)
