Job summary

House of Dank is seeking a Budtender in Michigan to provide outstanding service to medical and recreational customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll listen to customer needs, recommend cannabis products and strains, upsell items, explain usage, and promote the loyalty program while working toward sales goals. Must be 21+ and able to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job description

The main duty of a Budtender is to provide excellent customer service to medical and recreational customers. Budtenders build relationships with customers in order to advise them on potential benefits of different products and strains based on their wants and needs.

This is a SALES position. There will be sales goals for the stores that the budtenders will work towards. There are also personal sales competitions with product and cash prizes.
