Job summary

House of Dank Holdings, LLC in Lansing, MI seeks a Budtender to provide excellent customer service to medical and recreational customers, advising on products and strains based on individual needs.

This is a SALES position with store goals and friendly sales competitions. You will listen to customers, suggest products, upsell add-ons, explain usage, and promote our loyalty program. Must be 21+ and available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job description

The main duty of a Budtender is to provide excellent customer service to medical and recreational customers. Budtenders build relationships with customers in order to advise them on potential benefits of different products and strains based on their wants and needs.

This is a SALES position. There will be sales goals for the stores that the budtenders will work towards. There are also personal sales competitions with product and cash prizes.
