Energy Northwest seeks a Business Financial Planning and Risk Analyst to provide expert financial planning, risk assessment, and independent cost analysis for corporate programs. The role emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership from a Richland, WA base.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting, complex cost methods, and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required with 7+ years of related experience; Master’s can substitute two years.
• Experience in cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk analysis.
• Strong Excel skills with large datasets, modeling, and variance analysis.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial controls in corporate programs.

Aufgaben

• Provide business planning and risk support to management with independence.
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor budget development and changes.
• Analyze cost performance, variances, and trends; recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly financial summaries for managers and projects.
• Support EVMS and project cost estimates and financial controls.
