Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of budget analysis/financial management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust background clearance.
• Onsite work in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to formulate budget requests and district allocations for transportation funding.
• Provide technical advice for financial system transactions related to transportation and guard services.
• Submit payment requests for JPATS air operations flight hours.
• Update SOP for Office of Transportation Services annually.
• Track and maintain records of air charter missions.
