Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience.
• Five years of demonstrated advanced experience with computer applications for fiscal operations.
• Advanced accounting experience and skills, as evidenced by application materials.
• Attention to detail and excellent written communication skills, as evidenced by application materials.
• Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills, as demonstrated by work history.

Responsibilities

• Manage department faculty, staff, graduate student assistants and student hourly appointments; budget transfers and payroll changes.
• Provide monthly financial reporting to department Directors and staff.
• Assist with strategic utilization of department KU Endowment accounts.
• Develop financial analyses and support for special projects as requested.
• Serve as liaison for leadership training and policy development within Finance.
