The East-West Center in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking a Fiscal Assistant to support budget oversight for contracts and grants. You will work with Fiscal Officers on budgets, fund tracking, and financial records to ensure accurate reporting and timely processing.

Responsibilities include drafting budget allocations, maintaining fund records, preparing financial reports, and providing training and back-up support to staff.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training and experience.
• At least three years of full-time experience in budgeting/financial oversight.
• Experience assisting with planning, controlling a financial program, and preparing financial reports.

Aufgaben

• Assist in budgeting for programs/projects and revise allocations as needed.
• Maintain records for funding sources; coordinate with Fiscal Officers and Senior Fiscal Officer.
• Prepare and review financial reports; monitor funds and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Provide training and back-up support for fiscal staff and processes.
