The role requires a BA/BS with 2+ years of experience or a HS Diploma with 4+ years of specialized experience, and involves CMP reconciliations, revenue tracking, and compliance with government contracting regulations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 2+ years in the field or related area.
• Or HS Diploma and 4+ years of specialized experience in the field or related area.
• Experience in general accounting management support.

Responsibilities

• Provide general accounting management support for funds control and distribution, payroll management, accounts receivables, funds balancing, cost management, property management, environment liabilities, procure to pay, grants execution and controls, reimbursable/non-reimbursable agreements, standard general ledger, appropriations integration, continuous monitoring program, and policy integration activities.
• Review timecards bi-weekly for accuracy and correct time and attendance data.
• Support processes related to reimbursable and non-reimbursable agreements and CMP reconciliations.
• Account for and manage government-held property, real property, operating materials and supplies, and internal use of software and contractor-held property.
• Prepare Statements of Federal Financial Accounting Standards (SFFAS).
• Assist in purchase requests and disbursement of funds to vendors and contractors; monitor grants execution and controls.
• Ensure general ledger accounts reconcile with Treasury accounts and that policies/compliance are followed.
