Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or public administration.
Three years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, financial analysis, budgeting.
Master’s degree or CPA designation may substitute for one year of required experience.
Relevant education/experience substitution as approved by department head.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee financial operations and budgeting for the unit.
Coordinate internal services and support functions for efficient operations.
Supervise, train, and evaluate staff; ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
