Job summary

UNICEF is seeking a Financial Management professional for the East Jerusalem duty station. The role focuses on budget monitoring, financial reporting and grant management to ensure donor compliance and accurate financial information across programmes.

The incumbent will support planning, forecasting and cross‑sector budget allocations, maintaining tools and dashboards, and collaborating with programme teams to drive financial performance and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent may replace 3 years of work experience.
• Master or equivalent may replace additional 2 years of work experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Strong experience in Budget Management and Financial Reporting is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor budget allocations, commitments, expenditures and funding utilization.
• Prepare financial dashboards and donor reporting with adherence to donor templates.
• Support budget planning, forecasting and cross‑sector allocations.
• Maintain budget monitoring tools and financial records in VISION.
