Job summary

State of North Carolina - Office of State Budget and Management seeks a Budget Development Analyst to evaluate agency budget proposals and provide evidence-informed recommendations for the Governor’s Budget. You will review legislation, perform in-depth fiscal analysis, and monitor program performance to find efficiency gains.

You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, balancing deadlines with complex data, policy, and stakeholder requests.

Qualifications
