Job summary

Lone Star College is seeking an Analyst I for the School Partnerships & Academic Success division at the CyFair campus. You will perform division budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting to support strategic decisions and policy implementation.

Responsibilities include monitoring expenditures, creating reports, and guiding end users on data extraction and analysis using Power BI, Excel, Python, R, and SQL. This role requires collaboration with multiple departments and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of budgeting or financial analysis.
• Experience with general accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor division expenditures and budgets and assist with budget issues.
• Develop and analyze reports, cost projections, trend reports for leadership.
• Use data analytics tools to create visualizations for leadership and ISD stakeholders.
