Qualifikationen

• Experience developing and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
• Experience presenting budgets and data to managers.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with Cash Balance Reports.
• A valid driver license free of major infractions.

Aufgaben

• Budget development, reconciliation, and monitoring of programs mainly HIV/AIDS Ryan White funds.
• Conduct financial audits of funds expended and reconcile funding categories.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for leadership and supervisors.
• Assist in development of grant budgets and ensure grant financial requirements.
• Approve procurements via MFMP and ensure compliance with budget.
