Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud-based applications and MS Excel

Responsibilities

• Perform professional accounting, budgeting, and auditing work for categorical programs.
• Draft budget forms and schedules for review and approval.
• Prepare financial statements and monitor budgets for grants and categorical funds.
• Monitor payroll and expenditures for grants; apply internal budget controls.
• Coordinate with auditors to verify financial data and reports.
• Input budgets and track expenditures for LCAP reporting.
