Analyzing large volumes of narrative and statistical financial data to evaluate the impact of personnel salary and expense changes on current and future-year program budgets and recommend actions for allotments. Administering diverse appropriated and revolving fund accounts (e.g., O&MA, DBOF, FMS, RTD&E) by applying HQ DA, Army, and SOCOM regulations to develop and interpret policies for fund control across the Regiment and satellite units. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-09).
