This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Competitive Positions to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as the budgetary authority for the Louisiana Field Office, responsible for preparing and justifying the budget, and manpower administration functions in the formulation, execution, and review of the appropriated fund budget for Project.
