Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts in Savannah, GA seeks a Bucket Operator to safely operate a bucket truck and remove branches from electrical lines. A valid driver's license is required. The position involves assisting a Foreperson, maintaining equipment, and completing daily AMS timesheets and billing data.

Two years of vegetation management experience and bucket truck operation are required. A clean driving record is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years’ vegetation management experience required.
• Bucket truck operation experience required.
• Must have a driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with skid steer w/ mulcher and woodchipper is preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required; eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Operate bucket truck safely under Foreperson directions.
• Assist in preparing equipment and materials for each day’s work.
• Maintain and repair equipment and tools used in operations.
• Lead or assist crew members and report timesheets and billing information.
• Set up barriers and protect employees and the public; keep good customer relations.
