Lucas Tree Experts in Rocky Mount, NC seeks a motivated individual to join as a Bucket Operator, performing utility line clearance arboriculture. The role offers on-the-job training and opportunities to earn industry certifications with wage increases.

Successful candidates will operate a bucket truck, meet the 45-hour workweek requirement, and pursue necessary licenses and certifications, which the company pays for, with potential for career advancement and a robust benefits package.

Formación

• Experience operating a Bucket Truck.
• Must be able to work 45 hours weekly.
• Must have Class B CDL required.
• Must be 18 years of age with a High School Diploma/GED/or equivalent.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Must be physically able to perform the requirements of the position (i.e., walk on uneven grounds, carry 75 lbs.).
• Must be willing to work at varying heights.
• Must be willing and able to learn how to run a bucket truck & operate equipment safely.
• Must be willing and able to obtain, and maintain licenses & certifications as required by the position (paid by Lucas Tree Experts).
• Must be able to successfully complete a post offer physical & drug screen as well as a background and motor vehicle check.

Responsabilidades

• Operate various forestry equipment and run line clearance tasks.
• Prune and removals as part of utility line clearance work.

This is a full time, year-round, outdoor, physical labor opportunity. Duties include: manual removal of vegetation from work areas, running various forestry equipment, performing line clearance, pruning, and removals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience operating a Bucket Truck.
• Must be able to work 45 hours weekly.
• Must have Class B CDL required
• Must be 18 years of age with a High School Diploma/GED/or equivalent.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Must be able to work outside in various types of weather.
• Must be physically able to perform the requirements of the position (i.e., walk on uneven grounds, carry 75 lbs.)
• Must be willing to work at varying heights.
• Must be willing and able to learn how to run a bucket truck & operate equipment safely.
• Must be willing and able to obtain, and maintain licenses & certifications as required by the position in order to grow your career (this is paid for by Lucas Tree Experts).
