McDonald’s Auburn is seeking a motivated Shift Leader to guide daily operations and lead a friendly team. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, uphold QSC standards, and grow into leadership through mentorship and structured programs.

Starting wage is training $15/hour, rising to $20/hour after 30 days, and $25/hour within 3 months, with daily pay options. Archways to Opportunity offers tuition and career development.

Pay & Growth Opportunities

Training wage: $15/hour

$20/hour within 30 days after completing crew training and verification
