Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a Technical Services Leader to drive technical strategy, capital projects, and manufacturing innovation across a complex network. You will lead multi‑site teams, align with BU and Supply Chain strategies, and deliver scalable solutions to support long‑term growth.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration with Operations, R&D, Quality, and Commercial teams, and requires a strong background in digital manufacturing, Six Sigma/Lean, and change leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required; Master’s degree / MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a complex manufacturing environment; experience leading engineering/technical teams.
Experience leading multi-site teams, managing engineering services, regulatory compliance, capital programs and digital manufacturing initiatives.
Ability to develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to enhance supply chain performance.
Proven ability to develop supply chain professionals and performance management plans.
Strong financial acumen and ability to assess financial impact of decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead BU technical strategy, product and process innovation, capital planning and execution of major projects.
Oversee manufacturing readiness, commercialization, and scale‑up for new products and packaging.
Own the BU capital portfolio, long-range planning, governance and investment execution.
Provide people leadership for multi‑site technical teams and succession planning.
Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to address priorities.
Drive performance through operational excellence, digital tools, and risk management.
Interact with plant leadership and corporate experts to deliver technical solutions.
