Pratt & Whitney's North Berwick Parts Center seeks a dynamic Business Unit Leader to drive performance in leadership, development and safety. You will manage production, planning, scheduling, and resources, applying Lean principles to optimize workflows.

Requires a degree (Bachelor's with 12+ years or Master's with 10+ years) in engineering or related field and proven lead/supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment. Onsite role in North Berwick, Maine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 12 years' prior experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, program/project management, supply chain or related environment.
• Master's Degree and minimum 10 years prior experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, program/project management, supply chain or related environment
• Lead/supervisory experience over hourly and salaried employees in an operations setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, quality, planning, scheduling, resources and budget using Lean principles.
• Lead a business unit within the North Berwick Parts Center organization.
• Head cross-department project teams or manage across multiple related departments.
• Develop leadership competencies and broad operational experience.
