Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a leading aerospace company, seeks a CORE Lead to mature the CORE operating model and drive BPM-driven improvements. You will lead initiatives across process management, change leadership, and supplier accountability to deliver customer commitments.

The role requires onsite work at major domestic factories in CT/GA/ME, with travel up to 25%. RTX policies and benefits apply; salary range reflects senior leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing/operations, business, or technical field with 12+ years of experience in continuous improvement/operations; OR an advanced degree with 10+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience; or PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership to mature CORE value stream processes and drive improvements.
• Formulate and implement the CORE strategic plan with short and long-term objectives.
• Lead CORE projects and partner with value stream leadership to implement strategies.
• Manage business processes including returns coordination and supplier accountability.
• Drive change communications and develop organizational capabilities through robust tools.
