Job summary

Connect Search, LLC seeks a senior finance leader to own the financial performance of a large, global manufacturing business unit. Based in Parsippany, NJ, this onsite role requires leading revenue through EBITDA, with end-to-end planning, forecasting, capital allocation, profitability, and strategic decision support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Large-company manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial performance of the business unit from revenue through EBITDA.
• Partner directly with the Business Unit GM and senior leadership.
• Lead planning, forecasting, capital allocation, profitability, and strategic decision support.
• Develop and lead a global finance team across functions such as Manufacturing, R&D, Pricing, and Supply Chain.

Location: Parsippany, NJ | Onsite ~4 days/week

We are seeking a senior finance leader to own the financial performance of a large, global manufacturing business unit.

This role will partner directly with the Business Unit GM and senior leadership team, with full responsibility for business performance from revenue through EBITDA, including planning, forecasting, capital allocation, profitability, and strategic decision support.

Key Requirements

• Deep experience within a large, global manufacturing organization
• Experience supporting a complex, multinational business unit or product portfolio
• Full P&L ownership from revenue through EBITDA
• Strong business partnership experience with senior operational leadership
• Broad cross-functional finance experience supporting:
• Manufacturing / Operations
• R&D / Product Development
• Pricing and Margin Management
• Capital Allocation / Investment Decisions
• Supply Chain
• Experience leading annual planning, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management
• Strong understanding of manufacturing economics, cost structure, margins, and profitability
• Proven ability to lead and develop a global finance team
• Experience operating within a large, matrixed corporate environment
