Job Description

The BTS Program and Project Systems Architect will lead innovation and digital transformation initiatives for SAP’s key customers. Responsibilities include creating strategic roadmaps for deploying SAP digital solutions and developing business cases to guide strategic decisions. The role involves advising customers on opportunities and innovations in program and project management, especially in federal, state, and A&D/military sectors.

Key Competencies

• Deep understanding of SAP program and project management solutions (core project systems, CPM, EPPM, PMMO)
• SME level knowledge of EPPM data models and processes, SAP S/4HANA Cloud for projects a plus
• Ability to facilitate architecture discussions with IT and business executives
• Experience analyzing business and IT requirements in complex environments
• Developing strategic roadmaps supporting sustainability and efficiency

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills
• Proven expertise in SAP Solution and Project Management processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• At least 5+ years of SAP solution experience and management consulting
• 10+ years of solution/architecture experience
• MBA preferred
