Job summary

Horizon Blue ABA is seeking Behavioral Technicians (RBT/BT) to support children in home and clinic settings with 1:1 ABA therapy. We value resilience, communication, and the ability to stay present in challenging moments to help families move forward.

We offer flexible Part-time or Full-Time schedules across all five boroughs, with client availability afternoons and weekends. Paid training, certification support, and growth opportunities are provided to help you build your career in ABA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis).
• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings.

Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• A passion for helping children and families

• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis)
• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings
• We are open to consider experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs

Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) Benefits & Schedule:

• Flexible Part-time or Full-Time Schedules depending on client availability and cases.
• Clients are available between 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and Weekends 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
