Job summary

Horizon Blue ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians (RBT/BT) to work directly with children and families in home and clinic settings. You will become a trusted presence during important moments of development, delivering 1:1 ABA therapy and tracking progress with supervision.

We provide flexible schedules (part-time or full-time), paid training, certification support, and a supportive team that invests in your growth. Multiple openings across five boroughs; all experience levels are welcome.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Passion for helping children and families.
• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis).
• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings.
• Open to both experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings.
• Engage with families to support development goals.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisors to implement behavior plans.

• We are open to consider experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs

Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) Benefits & Schedule:

• Flexible Part-time or Full-Time Schedules depending on client availability and cases.
• Clients are available between 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and Weekends 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

$20 - $24 an hour
